Title : Project Manager III Location : South San Francisco, California, 94080 Duration : 24+ Months Project Manager III, Department of Biomedical Imaging We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Project Manager to join the Biomedical Imaging (BMI) department in the client Research organization and help drive the development of novel in vivo imaging technologies. Efforts in BMI span the interface of the study of human disease pathophysiology, basic research, small (SM) and large (LM) molecule discovery, and advanced imaging methodology. This group works closely with our disease area scientists to develop new imaging technologies to advance transformative medicines. Responsibilities

  • Manage collaborative translational imaging development projects that includes research, biomarker and imaging stakeholders across the gRED organization, and external collaborators.
  • Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders in a complex drug discovery and development environment.
  • Manage multiple working groups across Research, SM/LM discovery and BMI
  • Deliver project goals on budget and on schedule.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and senior management regarding progress, issues and plans for resolution.
  • Develop and use project plans to coordinate participants and track and report progress.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism; successfully prioritize workload in accordance with business goals.

Education and experience
  • BS/BA/MS (Science/Engineering preferred). Minimum 7 years of related analytical and business experience working in a complex environment.
  • Minimum 3 years Project Management experience, preferably in a drug discovery and development environment.
