Stefanini is looking for a Product Analyst in San Francisco, CAStefanini is looking for a motivated, talented and innovative Product Analyst who is passionate about helping drive emerging technology throughout the Federal Reserve with the National Integration Services (NIS) team. This group is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) division of the client, which has partnered with National IT (NIT) to provide application integration services on behalf of NIT. To be successful in this role, you must have strong time management and prioritization skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be a vocal leader who has experience managing or supporting products/services, as well as complex projects, to completion. Candidates must also be able to independently manage their own work, helping ensure that product releases are delivered on-time and within budget, adhere to quality standards, and meet customer expectations and business needs. This position requires the candidate to understand both integration technologies and business needs, have a proven ability to work well in a highly dynamic environment, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. This role will focus on product management for our Cloud Integration product for the minimal viable product and beyond. The product analyst will have the opportunity to work directly with critical payment offices, varied lines of business, as well as key cross-functional partners within National IT. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers to enhance customer experience/engagement, cultivate the product backlog, serve as a liaison between product marketing and customers, and maintain ongoing customer-facing documentation, such as roadmaps and product guides. Highlights of Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting strategic product development, customer onboarding and feature implementations, cross-functional communication, client engagement and critical stakeholder management for the product.Supports product requirements and feature roadmaps from concept through delivery. May participate in development of business requirements, which align with the overall objectives and assist product managers in managing scope to plan. Helps ensure customer-driven design, considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market & industry research and knowledge to deliver a well-positioned product. Participates in the entire product life cycle of detailed plans, including identifying product tasks and dependencies. Leads product team scrum processes. Anticipates industry and product trends, capability prioritization and tradeoffs, balancing business needs versus technical and resource constraints. Assists with early detection of risks and appropriate risk response strategy. Guides issues to closure and escalates obstacles as needed. Oversees or participates in product related communications to various levels of stakeholders (from technical SMEs to executive teams). Tracks key milestones and adjusts plans and/or collaborates with product managers to obtain resources as appropriate. Ensures cross-functional dependencies are identified to establish priorities. Identifies key opportunities for business process improvement, as well as development of technical or process enhancements to increase operational efficiencies, or reduce costs across the FRS.Familiarity with product management practices. Familiarity with cloud technologies. Must possess solid technical and business acumen, and have the ability to communicate effectively, conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations. 1-2 years of product/project management experience managing medium to complex cloud-based products/projects/programs. Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience. Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts. Must possess strong technological aptitude along with strong system and process analysis skills. Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment. Strong analytical, collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills.Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrix or virtual organization. Some travel may be required. Preferred Skills Familiar with AWS and Azure Experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud application architectures Product Management certification, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Product Master or similar training. Familiarity with application integration services such as: Enterprise Service Bus, Messaging, File Transfer, APIs, Service Gateways/Registries Experience working with agile development teams and tools.
