Position Description: Provide s/w dev guidance on: SDM Core (Solution Delivery Methodology) compliance (i.e. artifacts review) Advise and assist the vendors to help provide best practices and integration to the infrastructure Educate suppliers on policies and practices .ISP-S (Info Security Policy Supplier, CIA (Confidentiality Integrity Availability), SLA (Service Level Agreement), TSL (Tech Std List), PII/SPII (Secret Personal Identifiable Info), TMS (Info Tech Mgmt Sys), Data sources, Freeze CalendarsBest practices for dev .Decommission process Highlight server and app changes to ensure upstream/downstream app support Communicate upgrades, maintenance, etc. to prevent outages. . Provide high level prog mgmt: Provide PM SME for a multiple vendor supported program Ensure communication across all parties. Work closely with the Business to advise on proj mgmt and s/w dev best practices Provides proj status using Clarity, SharePoint, etc. Consult on the completeness and clarity of the tech design of the solution. Ensure that data is adequately protected and transactions are securePerform the duties as the Retail AEM stack Governor Review/validate tickets o Approve steps of workflow Facilitate cross org comms Aid in Akamai req and processes Facilitate resolving network vulnerabilities . Resolve dev obstacles Shepherd suppliers through client processes Access to data and other apps .ACR (Access Control Review) updates .DAST (Dynamic App Security Testing) Disaster recovery testingTech refresh initiatives .Establishing new environments .Upgrading techConsult on proper doc for devops processes Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experiences in Project Management Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills Team player willing to manage to an intended outcome as well as willing to personally complete and intended outcome Experience Preferred:Solid foundation in both the art and science of Project Management Progressive project management responsibilities Experience with release status review and reporting at all levels of management Working knowledge of Agile and Classic delivery methodologies and practices . Ability to manage indirectly cross organizationally and across suppliers Ability to communicate with all levels of management Experience with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams Ability to work with multiple work streams to help provide a unified consumer facing application. .Strong analytical and problem solving skills Self-starter/capable of working independently Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Deep understanding of IT process, procedures, rules, audits, annual tasks Know when to step-in and demand work effort from partners (e.g. CCPA defect) Moderate architecture knowledge (Tech 07, CBID, TSL, etc.) .Emotional resilience . you are consulting people doing IT work that are not IT trained Ability to manage large development efforts and keep aligned without direct team responsibility (Fleet, Regulatory, DCoF, and Bronco Configurator) Education Required:Bachelors in IT preferred or related experience
