• In order to stay ahead, you must be self-taught, and they must constantly be updating your skills and continuously learning.
• Strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
• Teaching and coaching skills
• Experience using CA Rally
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignment
