Maintenance Technicians (Wisconsin Rapids)

Pay: $20.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Day Shift / 7 am – 7 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Reviews and performs scheduled work order requests in a timely, safe and efficient manner.

Fabricates and assembles parts to construct machinery and equipment.

Able to repair, adjust, trouble-shoot and time food processing equipment, scales, metal detectors and case printers.

Analyzes and makes necessary repairs of fluid power systems.

Lays out and installs process piping, air and electrical conduit systems.

Maintains records and work logs appropriately.

Meets daily with other mechanics to discuss plant performance, input data and update departmental online database.

Requirements:

Proficient in Mig and Tig welding processes and Preventative Maintenance programs.

Knowledge of food processing equipment computer control systems.

Must be able to safely operate a forklift, scissors lift and high reach boom lift.

Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.

Must have two to five years of food processing experience.
