Automotive Sales Associate Duties:

Welcoming customers and listening to their needs

Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the Customer needs

Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the Customer

Following up with Customers to ensure satisfaction

Prospecting through referrals and other lead providers

Setting and achieving targeted sales goals

Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help Customers

Transition Customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience

Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and repeat business

Automotive Sales Associate Skills / Requirements:

Must have a great attitude and be willing to constantly learn new technology

Must have a professional appearance

Must be customer focused and constantly provide a high level of service

Must be passionate and energetic about helping customers during the buying process

Must have basic computer skills.

Must be able to have a flexible work schedule

Sales license
