Requirements of the HVAC Installer

- Minimum 2+ years of verifiable sheet metal installation experience

- Understanding of Basic Layout and Duct Assembly/Connections

- Assist with fabrication and installation of commercial ductwork systems and equipment for current projects

- Basic trade hand/power tools. Tools - Red/Green Snips, Bull Snips, Tin Hammer, Large Screwdriver, Crimpers, Hand Seamer, Tool Belt, Electric Impact Tool, Level, Tape Measure

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Dependable and able to work 40 hours a week

- Must be of good moral character and work well with others

- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes

- Follow both written and verbal instructions

- Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings

- Safe use of ladders

- Understand how to use a tape measure

- Arrive on time daily

- Dress in a workman like manner

- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude

- Ability to fill out a daily electronic timecard accurately

- Ability to lift/carry 70 pounds
