EXPERIENCE:

- Possess skills, knowledge, and craftsmanship to complete most or all types of commercial projects.

- Ability to read, interpret, and carry out instructions as called for in blueprints, specifications, and sequence of operation instructions, product installation, engineering, and owner’s manuals. Good working knowledge of system layout and duct design.

- Experienced in the layout, setting and mounting of equipment, rough-in and trim duct systems, "B"-type venting, PVC venting, condensate piping, low voltage and control wiring for rooftop equipment, make-up air units, exhaust fans, ERVs, unit heaters, variable air volume terminal units, zoning dampers, dampers, actuators, furnaces, fan coils, heat pumps, and condensers.

- Proficient in the installation of both soft copper and ACR copper refrigeration piping using proper nitrogen purge and brazing techniques.

- Possess the skills to perform final low voltage wiring, controls wiring, control’s final tie in’s, and terminations.

- Possess the experience to Inspect work to ensure conformity to quality standards set by the company, specifications and work schedules.

- Knowledgeable in the accurate completion of company or manufacturer’s start-up, commissioning, and service work order paperwork.

- Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace.

- Good time management to stay on task and on schedule.

- Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites

- Good work ethic and the desire to advance both professionally and personally.

- Strong leadership ability to lead, direct and work alongside a team Mentor and knowledge share with fellow team members.

- Provide effective/timely documentation and verbal communication.

- Demonstrate a willingness to continue education through available company and industry training.

- Possess and Maintain ICC Master Mechanical, Trade, and City Licenses

- Provide copy of clean MVR

- Clean background/Drug Free
