OneCompass is seeking a professional candidate to serve 2 very important roles. Inside Sales and Order Fulfillment! Preferred hours for this position are 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday. The candidate will need to be motivated to sell and support a sales team. We are looking for an outgoing person who has a strong “sales soul” and thrives to support their team! You need to be willing to pick up the phone and support our current and potential customers to drive revenue. The candidate will need to understand inventory and provide excellent customer service. It also requires great communication, teamwork and organizational skills. This person must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, work on strict deadlines, prioritize, be flexible. In addition to supporting the sales team, this positions bridges the gap between the sales team and the accounting team. This position will be responsible for processing all customer orders and managing them from start to finish. It maintains all price books in the quoting system & Dynamics 365. This position will also be working proactively with accounting personnel to ensure the proper recording of transactions that impact inventory. Inside Sales Responsibilities: Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations. Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Providing administrative and sales support Creating quotes and estimates for sales team Understanding the technology, products, services and solutions to be able to sell, support customers and process orders accurately Provides customer service by taking calls and addressing the issues to closure (independently and by using other sales team members as necessary) Arranges appointments with clients and sales team Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, and phone calls Research BidNet and Beta.Sam.Gov opportunities for Sales to bid Support government proposal efforts Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies Suggest sales process improvements Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board Support account managers with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Provide marketing support Assist order fulfillment Maintain customer contact and purchase history information in CRM Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Processing sales orders in QuickBooks and move to accounting for invoice once project order is complete Ensure all sales orders are in CRM Pull reports to assist management and the sales team in forecasting Monitoring customer accounts Manage the data in Dynamics 365 Assist accounting in supporting customers Review all orders for accuracy Create quotes in QuickBooks Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Keep up with Monthly and Annual hosting and maintenance contracts up to date. Invoice customers that are under contract/subscription monthly and annually. 3-5 years sales experience Geospatial knowledge is a plus Dynamics CRM or similar CRM experience Quickbooks experience Order Fulfillment Responsibilities: Experience: Inside Sales Coordinator Skills and Qualifications: Meeting Sales Goals, ClientBase, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Data Entry Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales.
