Product Owner Embedded Engineering at Bosch IoT Start-up

Job Description

As a Product Owner, you define User Stories, prioritize Team Backlog and build a high-performance product. You evaluate and document the requirements for each Product Feature and work with the Development Team to solidify solution design and to implement OS-based solutions. Furthermore, you will:

• Shape the product vision together with the engineering team and leadership to create an ecosystem for security devices and applications
• Work closely with stakeholders and UX engineers to define and drive product vision
• Develop and define acceptance criteria and manage product backlog priorities
• Identify future potential of your products and getting your teams, customers and business network excited about it
• Organize Story Maps that break down Epics into Feature/Function level deliverables and maintain a healthy backlog

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar
• Passionate about the impact of disruptive technologies and strong problem-solving skills
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner
• Previous experience with embedded devices
• Knowledge about Android operating system is a plus
• Strong communication, moderation, conflict handling and coaching skills
• Collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured working style
• Team player and advanced knowledge of agile & lean working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, inspect & adapt)
• Excellent English skills
