ADABAS DBAOklahoma City, OklahomaResponsibilitiesMaintenance and support of existing ADABAS Databases.Applies upgrades to existing ADABAS Databases.Be able to Interact with DBAs for maintenance and support ADABAS and SQL databases.Working from requirements and specifications to modify/enhance existing production softwareDevelopment of new production softwareDaily interface with customer to resolve issuesDesigning, coding, testing, debugging and documenting application features and changesParticipating in the development of new systems throughout the entire project lifecycleParticipating in activities that ensure the successful use of these systemsRequired Skills:15 years maintenance and support of existing ADABAS Databases.Strong customer facing and technical resolution skillsAble to positively influence peers cross-organizationallyExperience in all phases of systems development and implementationSolid project management and analysis skillsTeam and customer service orientedWrite and maintain documentation, instruction, and procedure guidesWork with customer(s) to correct errors and debug software and systemsStrong knowledge ofNATURALADABASIBM JCLOnline & batch processingDesired Skills:Relevant CertificatesExperience with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, BitBucket and TFS are helpful but not requiredExperience with SQL databases would be a plus.QualificationsRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other IT degreeEngineering, math, and/or science degrees are acceptable substitute degreesMinimum of 15 years of relevant experienceThe ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
