Who we are:

We are a growing, local construction company that subcontracts with new home builders and provides interior finish carpentry services including: installing trim, doors, kitchen cabinets, etc. We work at a fast pace, almost a new home everyday, yet pursuing quality and excellence in all that we do. The work is consistent, with no lay-offs. We service a wide geographic range, mostly in Southwest Michigan, from the South Bend area, to Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and even occasionally up to Holland. Our goal is to provide great service, and yet to also train individuals in any finish carpentry skill that they desire to learn.

What we are looking for:

We value character and work ethic above any previous skills. We are looking for honest, hard workers, who are wiling to put in a full days work. No prior carpentry skills are needed. Familiarity with power tools and the ability to read a tape measure would be helpful. Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs. Starting pay is $12-$15 per hour depending on dependability, work ethic, and past experience. Wages can increase quickly based on your production, reliability on the worksite, and skills learned. Mileage reimbursement may also be available for the right candidate, once you have proved your dependability.
