Job Description

HR Partner is acting as the strategic partner for the assigned client groups facilitating the business strategy by implementing appropriate HR measures. The HR Partner ensures the right application of HR standards, policies and processes and advises leadership and associates on HR topics.

  • Resourcing 5%

- Advises and supports of HRBP the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters if these functions are not carried out by the HR Service; he/she acts as a strategic partner for the leadership

- Facilitates the division/site strategy in area of responsibility providing human resource strategy development, deployment of key processes and consulting support to optimize human capital and impact the business by implementing appropriate HR measures.

- Organizational development incl. change management, restructuring

- Supports workforce and succession planning

- Advices leadership on labor relation topics

- Ensure compliance with internal and legal policies/procedures

Continuous improvement and innovation vision

Develops collaborative partnerships with HR Service Organization and COEs, to deliver integrated solutions based on agreed scope of services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Planning, negotiation, effective communication, conflicts handling and continuous improvement, quick response, decision making, problem solving
  • Results oriented, strategic thinking, objective, organized, common sense, flexible and empathic
  • Customer service oriented at all levels
  • Projects Experience, continuous improvement
  • Team work, Collaborative and social competence developed
  • Change management administration
  • Self-Development / Accountable
  • MS Office literate (PPT / Excel, Medium-Advanced, reporting, pivot tables, etc). SAP or other systems/platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
  • Extensive Labor relations experience: LFT, Compliance, RIT knowledge
  • Intermediate English
