Job Description
- Assurance of continues flow on non defect components to the production line
- Claim management with suppliers
- Coordinate Failure Analysis activities
- Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals
- SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up, Qi InfoRecord and Inspection plan)
- Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS) including release of initial samples prior to SOP
- Coordinate activities for Safe Launch
- Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process
- Coordination on every year Re-evaluationof Suppliers
- Follow-up to Top worst suppliers(low performance)
- Ensure the department Target Achievement
- Develop the team: competences, coaching and support on the achievements of their goals
- Support the Goals for BPS, CIP, 5's and EDS
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- English language: advanced
- Quality for Automotive Industry (APQP) knowlegde and experience
- Electrical and Mechanical components experience (at least 3 years)
- Project Management experience
- GD&T (Technical drawing) interpretation experience
- Automotive Industry experience
- Production processes: experience
- MS Office proficient
- SAP is desired
