Job Description
1. Evaluation of suspect material / Segregation of defective material per JP4.8.03.007
- Verify suspect parts and segregate material
- Coordinate sorting activities with sorting supplier and JuP1 plant
- Assure sorting company employees comply with Bosch standards and regulations inside Bosch locations
- Use forklift / pallet jack to move material (require certificate)
2. Accuracy and handling of blocked material inventories per JP4.8.03.001
- Perform SAP transaction correct and on time
- Have all blocked material on Hold area locked and identified
3. Re qualification of expired material per JI4.7.05.190
- Coordinate the sample preparation
- Update SAP system according with re qualification results
4. Incoming Inspection per JI4.8.02.002
- Perform inspection of incoming raw material based on SAP Inspection plan
- Hold, reject and release incoming material.
- Analyzes appropriate specifications in blue print for acceptance criteria
- Maintains inspection record in QA System (SAP)
- Notifies Inspection Results to PQA engineer as needed.
- Verify Release status of electronic parts.
- Use video bridge for electronic components (LCR).
5. Actively participate in the training sessions required for the job.
6. Promotes and supports BPS, CIP, Policy Deployment, 6S, ESD audits, ISO audits and Team work
Qualifications
Proficiency on the following equipments / softwares:
LCR Meter, Digital multimeter, milliohm meter, semiconductor analyzer, microscope.
Desirable knowledge of:
Konica Minolta Spectro-photometer, light chamber, X-rite, Fischer Isoscope, Fisherscope X-ray
Microsoft Office
SAP knowledge
English 50%
