Job Description
Client Service Assistant will perform customer interaction tasks to support a sales team for new customer onboarding. Candidates with great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment are encouraged to apply to this direct-hire role. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager with customer correspondence, account reviews, team training, and reporting.
Salary range: $38000 - $48000 per year.
Responsibilities:Answering and directing customer quaries.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each customer itneration
Assists in marketing budget development and cost tracking.
Implemented quality communication, customer support, and product representation for each client.
Stay abreast of assigned client workflow documents and modify daily work as indicated
Strive to reach weekly team goals
Strictly adhere to company compliance standards and attend all required training
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with the business-related focus required.
Customer service experience (1+ years)
Personnel management experience (1+ years)
Ability to adapt to a rapidly shifting environment and a "can-do" attitude to solve any issues customers may present.
Effective communication: both written and oral.
Ownership of issues until successfully resolved.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
