Job Title: Quality Assurance – Tester

Location: US-ME-Augusta

Overview:

Our Client Knowledge Services is actively seeking a Quality Analyst (Tester) candidate for a long term ( 6 months + extensions) contract role with the State of Maine Dept of Health and Human Services. This position is located in downtown Augusta, ME and will require onsite once the shutdown is lifted.The State of Maine, Department of Health and Human Services is in the process of implementing a new, modernized technology solution to manage and support Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) clients and programs. This reuse project is the rapid implementation of a proven web-based, modular Care Management System, which will be configured to manage the Department’s Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Adult Protective Services (APS) programs. The project will also include the analysis and development of interfaces to the data housed within the major legacy applications (MIHMS, MAPSIS and MeCare).

Responsibilities:The Quality Analyst ( Tester) will be performing the below responsibilities:
  • Execute Sprint cycle functional test scripts, document test results, and track issues
  • Assist with the development and final review of user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts
  • Execute formal UAT scripts, document test results, and track issues
  • Participate in Testing team meetings and system demos

    • Qualifications:The Quality Analyst ( Tester) will have the below qualifications:
  • Windows 10 with Office 2016 - Intermediate: Our office uses Windows 10, need to be proficient in Office 2016 products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and perhaps PowerPoint
  • Sharepoint- Intermediate: We use SharePoint as our document repository
  • MS Teams - Intermediate: We use MS Teams for all our project meetings and issue tracking
