Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based staffing and IT consulting firm, is seeking a
Project/Program Manager 4 for a contract position with a well-established client in Carson City, NV. Summary The Clients regulations, policies, and procedures are currently in various formats, versions, content, and some are incomplete. Management of current regulations, policies and procedures is not centralized which results in inconsistent application and delay in program guidance. The Client currently uses Microsoft 365 and would like to utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to provide a method for communication and management of the Division’s regulations, policies, and procedures. This new policy management tool will be supported by a new Policy Unit who will aid with development and implementation of ADSD policies and procedures. Project Scope The Client is looking for a dynamic contractor to align with the division to deliver the project outlined below.- Work with the project team to establish proper structure and unified process to ensure policies are up to date, communicated, and managed as a foundational tool essential to our internal and external service delivery.

- The Client is in the process of standing up a policy unit that will manage the Division’s regulations, policies, and procedures moving forward.
- This project must be configured and implemented no later than June 15, 2021.
- SharePoint Administrator – technical expert/lead in the configuration of SharePoint and Power BI to create administrative infrastructure and workflows
- Possess skills and experience working closely with program staff to determine organizational needs and document system requirements for development and implementation of IT and program improvement projects
- Experience in Policy Management projects and/or working with policy management systems using SharePoint is preferred
