IT Manager

Minimum Required Skills:Help Desk, Server Administration, Network Operations, IT SecurityIf you are an experienced IT Manager, please read on!We are a growing video game company.What You Will Be DoingThis position is responsible for managing IT Operations covering functions of Help Desk, Network Operations, Server Administration, and IT Security.- Administer and support Juniper EX series switches, Juniper SRX series and Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Aerohive Access Points, Pulse Secure VPN appliance, and other enterprise grade network equipment.- Administer and support VMware vSphere 6.x HA clusters, Dell and IBM server hardware, Dell, HP, and ZFS based SAN/NAS infrastructure, ensure datacenterperformance and availability.- Administer and support Active Directory domain (account management, Group Policy Objects, access control, etc.) support deployed Windows Server roles including DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS.- Administer and support Office 365 deployment including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online, work with DevOps team in configuring and maintaining AWSinfrastructure ensuring proper connectivity to cloud services.- Anticipate and mitigate potential attacks to all aspects of IT operations, ensure the security and availability of IT systems, ensure privacy of corporate data, perform regular audit and testing of IT security posture.- Monitor Veeam and VDP backup infrastructure, ensure backup jobs are running successfully, regularly perform test restore of all backup, evaluate existing disasterrecovery strategies, formulate and implement improvements.- Monitor incident tracking system, assign tickets to support staff, ensure SLA compliance, serve as escalation point for incidents that can't be resolved by tier-1 support, work with vendors and support partners, manage support contracts.What You Need for this Position- 5 years of professional experience in network and server administration in an enterpriseenvironment- Must be 21 or over- Valid drivers license with clean DMV driving record- Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Sheriffs card- Must be able to work any schedule as needed- Associates degree in Information Technology or related field, Bachelors degreepreferredAlso:- Proficiency in deployment and administration of enterprise grade network devices including switches, firewalls, access points, and VPN appliances, experience with Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Aerohive, and Pulse secure highly preferred.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and newer, RPM and Debian based Linux distributions, extensive experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and various Windows Server roles including DNS, DHCP, WSUS, etc.- Advanced knowledge in datacenter virtualization using VMware vSphere, extensive experience working with vSphere 6.0 high availability clusters, strong workingknowledge in desktop virtualization using VMware Workstation, Fusion, and Parallels.- Proficiency with Office 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration, experience with AWS configuration including managing VPNconnections, Route Tables, Network ACLs, Route 53 configuration, and related.- In depth knowledge of and skilled in enterprise level storage devices, technologies, and concepts including SAN, NAS, RAID levels, NFS, ZFS, ISCSI, snapshots, replication, and deduplication preferably using Dell Equalogic and HP StoreVirtual devices.- Advanced knowledge in server hardware preferably with Dell PowerEdge and IBM System X series servers, experience in datacenter management including climate control, datacenter class UPS, and standby generators.- Knowledgeable in backup and disaster recovery strategies and concepts, demonstrated ability to manage an enterprise grade backup solution preferably using Veeam products protecting a multi-site environment.- Proficiency in using and supporting Windows and MacOS based computers, iOS and Android based smart devices, network printers, scanners, copiers, common productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.What's In It for You- Salary- BenefitsSo, if you are an experienced IT Manager, please apply today!Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Please apply directly to by clicking 'Click Here to Apply' with your Word resume!Looking forward to receiving your resume and going over the position in more detail with you.- Not a fit for this position?
