Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an IT, Engineering, or Technical discipline with concentration in Cybersecurity

Position Description: Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking a Information Assurance Engineer - Intermediate to support our US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer G2/6 Headquarters (HQ) contract, located at 4505 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), AL, provides contracting policy oversight to 100 different contracting offices and subordinate commands located world-wide. The ACC enterprise consists of over 6,200 military and civilian contracting professionals located at contracting offices across the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Information Technology (IT) services supports ACC’s global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations. The HQ ACC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and G2/6 staff provides critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable secure technology solutions that will reduce and ultimately eliminate manual business processing and generate resource cost savings and efficiencies for the ACC enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities: · Ensure that all Military, Government and Contractor Information Technology/Information Assurance (IT/IA) personnel and all general users maintain records in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS). · Administer and maintain the ATCTS repository and track all user and IT Workforce training and certification requirements. · Attend and participate in Cyber related working groups, meetings, briefings as directed by the Government and maintain the Cyber Division calendar. · Establish, maintain and collect, the Command Cybersecurity Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). · Provide plans, strategies and analysis that will support the ACC CIO/G6 Cyber Security Official with strategic program development utilizing assessment tools and checklists · Identify, investigate, research, analyze and report available Cyber-related capabilities, technologies, and research that will potentially meet current and emerging command needs. · Conduct research and technical examination of technological needs, component or subcomponent enhancements, and system requirements to increase Cyber awareness and protection. · Identify emerging and future Cyber trends and prepare vision documents, white papers and strategic studies. · Complete, track, and report completion of Cybersecurity taskers to the Cyber Division Chief. · Provide Redstone Arsenal network access and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) support to command and tenant personnel.

Required Qualifications: · Secret security clearance · DoD 8570.1M IAM II-III/IAT II-III · 5 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity or IT programs · Bachelor’s degree in an IT, engineering, or technical discipline with a concentration in cybersecurity. · Host Base Security System (HBSS), Risk Management Framework, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution, or Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) Computing Environment (CE) Certification or Training
