Job Skills / Requirements This is a full-time, multi-shift position which will support our Specials Services team. Compensation will vary based on skill and experience, ranging between $11 - 13.00 per hour. The schedule is primarily Monday - Friday, but weekend and on-call hours will be required as business needs arise. This is a multi-shift schedule, so the hours are dependent upon the scheduled work and need for emergency services to provide COVID disinfecting/fogging and or unforseen building maintenance. Preferred skills: Window cleaning, strip and wax, buffing experience, carpet cleaning and or any speciality skills related to building services. The use and application of carpet cleaning techniques, floor care, use of floor care equipement to include autoscrubber, a swing machine or side-by-side and extractor. Ability to work independently and or with little supervision, manage time and work in accordance to safety expectations. Requirements: Applicant must have open availibility, a flexible schedule, ability to operate a motor vehicle and frequently travel to various parts of the state to perform special services. Hired associate must be respirator fit and successfully complete a pulmonary test. Applicant must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as travel is required. Applicant must be 18 years of age to apply. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
