Job Functions- Perform functional and empirical analysis and support related to the design, development, planning, and configuration of solutions and services
- Support for development of devices and systems for procedure and controls for problem prevention.
- Support implementations and rollouts of new hardware, software, and tools.
- Support cloud solutions and service to meet Company needs
- Support and troubleshoot both physical, virtual server solutions
- At least 7 years of experience as a Systems Administrator required, experienced with Windows, VMWare, Nutanix (AWS/Azure/Linux knowledge is a strong plus)
- Experience with vCenter/ESXi required
- Horizon VDI is highly desired
- Must have high level of technical knowledge relative to the installation and connectivity of server systems, including configuration, maintenance, and support of new and existing server solutions
- Must have good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to obtain/maintain and necessary certifications and/or licenses
- On-call availability required
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a computer science discipline or comparable level of experience preferred
