- Strong communication skills

- Proficient using Postman or other similar tools.
- JSON and XML familiarity.
- Experience working with Tray.io.
- Experience working with Zapier.
- Javascript and Python coding experience.
- Experience working with SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC APIs.
- You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for SalesRabbit and our clients.
- You will support our clients and Customer Success Managers. The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.
- You will solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems.
- You will serve as an integrations expert across SalesRabbit and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations we offer.
- You will develop and maintain high quality documentation of the integrations that we set up.
- 2-3 years prior experience setting up software or following technical operating procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple integration projects and other workloads.
- Experience working directly with clients; you’re comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization.
- Analytical skills to measure project performance and validate success criteria.
- Capability to invent new and better ways to get things done.
- Accountability to colleagues and cross functional teams for large projects.
- A goal-oriented mindset in improving personal skills and scaling business practises.
- Strong communication to keep your key stakeholders informed on Work in Progress.
