Job Description:
  • Responsible for leading Telecommunications business-related support for verticals like Telecom Backend Data Processing Operations, Operator to Operator Migrations & Conversions, Monitoring Process.
  • Should possess sound knowledge of Application & Tech Support Processes, Analytical in nature, triage & prioritize issues and manage Stakeholder Communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • 3+ Yrs of experience
  • Understand Telecom Operator to Operator Data Migration & Conversion Processes related Support & Monitoring areas and train the team
  • Assist Program Manager, Sr. BA & Proxy PO, Architects and Technical Project Managers in creating Support Processes, Documenting Support Areas, Agreements & SLAs and Support Team Ramp up, etc.
  • Apply your knowledge & experience using analytical techniques to provide Level-1 solutions, customer support and fixes, etc.
  • Ticket Logging & Triaging with the next level of Support, Quick & Trivial Fixes
  • Issue Prioritization, Stakeholder Communication & Escalation Management
  • Bring Process & SLA discipline in the team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Sound knowledge of Operating Environments & Operating Systems such Unix, Linux, Windows with operating knowledge of Files/Directories/Log/Data manipulations such as Create/Delete/Modify/Update/Installations/Executions/Job Scheduling/Understand & Execute MW with given steps.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of any Scripting Language
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
  • Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external customers and contacts
  • Willingly and successfully fulfills the role of teacher, mentor and coach for the teams

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
