- Digital signage maintenance
- Reaching out to sites with offline digital media players
- Reaching out to sites with players that require attention
- Technical steps prior to player installation (requesting IPs, security exception, etc.)
- Updating players (firmware and Appspace version)
- Auditing content to ensure it abides by brand standards/signage guidelines
- Auditing digital media list to ensure it reflects what is in Appspace
- Auditing Appspace users (inactive, reflected in master DMP list).
- Process oriented / organized
- Customer Service mindset
- Can work with/speak to employees relaying technical information in a way they can understand
- Experience with troubleshooting
- Tech savvy
- Bonus: previous experience with digital - anything with digital signage, hardware, networks, audits, etc.
- Bachelor s degree required
- The schedule for this position will be M-F 40 hours
