(Local candidates required)Working with the business to understand business objectives, and then creating campaigns to deliver on those objectives.However the sole focus is to create programs and campaigns for the eCommerce channel (across various product portfolios).Looking for someone who is steeped in driving eCommerce growth.(FYI, Not looking for someone who can set up an ecommerce site, but rather someone who has experience driving campaigns that generate ecommerce revenue).DESCRIPTION:This is your opportunity to join the Global Marketing team a high performance team that brings new products, services and solutions into the market faster, and more efficiently, than ever before. This position offers the opportunity to blend your business, creative and technical savvy to develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive eCommerce growth and enhance our customers' experience. This involves working across multiple divisions, functions and geographies to lead cross-functional teams in marketing campaign identification, development and execution for successful eCommerce growth. The position requires strong marketing campaign strategy and design skills, including an ability to understand customer needs and translate these needs into successful marketing campaign strategies that drive eCommerce. This involves:Collaborating with Divisions, and Sales, to identify eCommerce growth opportunities, and with Digital Channel to understand eCommerce capabilitiesAnalyzing market, customer, and competitive information to support effective campaign definition and development, that meets multi-regional and multi-Division needs, in support of eCommerce growthPartnering with Divisions and Global Marketing Program Managers to develop, and leverage, strategic messaging and positioning that is translated into eCommerce growth plansDeveloping and executing campaign plans, in partnership with the Media team.REQUIREMENTS:Undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent degree.Minimum 8 years of demonstrated results in a marketing roleGlobal experience developing marketing campaigns to drive eCommerce growth for new and existing products, as well as encourage repeat purchasingDemonstrated experience developing justifications for marketing investments (ROI analysis)Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectivesEffective project management and organizational skillsClear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix environmentStrong initiative and creativityProven ability to understand the needs and buying influences of a scientific target audienceRevenue marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation experienceApplicants must provide their phone number.
