Some 18,000 financial services and healthcare organizations, from the world's largest institutions to local firms, manage and account for their investments using SS&C's products and services.Role OverviewMember Enrollment Administrators performs moderately complex to complex benefit and deductible administration and data file management functions so that prescription drug plan members receive the benefits for which they are eligible. They consult with account teams, vendors, and customers to understand their benefit coverage, eligibility, and deductible requirements and to discuss the most effective and efficient options for setting up and maintaining their eligibility criteria. They act as a resource to less experienced associates for benefit, deductible, data file, and claims research questions and issues. Responsibilities

  • Reviews the content of team members' information technology requests for accuracy and appropriateness for the required solutions.
  • Functions as primary contact for account teams and customers regarding eligibility and related issues and requests.
  • Coordinates activities with team members and internal departments to provide timely and quality support and issue resolution.
  • Leads eligibility-related components of global initiative projects, including communicating project scope and impact to customers and team members, coordinating activities, escalating issues to and soliciting assistance from other areas, tracking and communicating project status, maintaining deadlines, and evaluating project results.
  • Performs complex testing of eligibility-related changes, system enhancements, and member record and claims processing that cross multiple systems, departments, and customers.
Qualifications
  • High School degree and at least 1 year of related experience
  • At least 1 year of health care related experience
  • 1-3 years of medical claims processing experience preferred
