Job Description:+Location: United States, candidate must work East Coast Hours+Please note our teams support the Business side of the house. We work with our internal business users and IT to get projects related to agent commissions systems completed. We are not IT.• Experienced in test planning, script development, execution and status reporting • Compensation systems knowledge is a must (LFG system even better) (Ex .Performance PlIMPACT +; PMACS; DTCC; Planview; MS Project; SharePoint) • Insurance industry knowledge a plus • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Highly motivated; ability to figure things out and seek assistance when needed to complete assignments on time4-6 years experience; Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a department/unit, and recommend solutions that enable them to achieve its goals by bringing structure and formalization of requirements into the process. Will include gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and implementation material, participating in the implementation, and providing post-implementation support as well as responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and assisting in bridging the needs of the business with technology. May also be called upon to develop project plans and provide project management skills.Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for the assigned area(s) of responsibility. Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) or responsibility, assess the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.Consults and collaborates with key internal stakeholders to elicit business requirements, identify issues, determine root cause(s), document business needs and ensure adherence to governance guidelines. Develops more complex business requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents and validates business requirements. Coordinates and acts as a resource to appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meets business needs. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assess, select and recommend appropriate solution/approach that will achieve business goals. Collaborates effectively with appropriate stakeholders on more complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of assigned projects. Validates that the solution meets the business need by developing more complex acceptance criteria and plan to evaluate. Determines and recommends the most appropriate response to identified problems/issues/defects by assessing impact and prioritization. Adaptive/Lean project experience required.
