Job Description: The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling assigned activities.Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 yearsPreferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience Role Description:
  • Assist in the development of estimates for the enhancement or development effort in analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify and coordinate resolution/mitigation of issues and risks, escalating in a timely manner
  • Responsible for delivery of all work tasks identified in the plan.
  • Responsible for the capture and reporting of required metrics.
  • Proactively manage the required documentation related to analysis, development and testing
  • Track progress against the plan.
  • Assist in the preparation of status reports on a periodic basis for Leadership and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage work efforts across multiple application teams.
  • Monitor the plan for the development effort
  • Assist in the final evaluation review with stakeholders for approval upon completion.
  • Arrange stakeholder meetings; coordinate with client to arrange the meetings
  • Notify team leads of timelines
  • Communicate and work with users and client as necessary.
  • Analyze and compile metrics associated with work items related to improvement measures.
  • Ensure processes and activities are followed.

Required Skills:
  • Project Coordinator should have excellent written and verbal communication skills (5 years)
  • Strong organizational skills (5 years)
  • Project Coordinator should be able to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of tasks/assignments in a dynamic environment (5 years)
  • Experience working with a variety of resources across various functions (both locally and remotely) (5 years)
  • Experience effectively managing meetings with a variety of local and remote participants (5 years)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills (5 years)
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to working with various resources (5 years)

Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft Office / Windows 10 (including SharePoint) (5 years)
  • Microsoft Visio is a plus (5 years)
  • SPARS (5 years)
  • eRA Commons (5 years)
