Position: Industrial Software Engineer

Location: 325, McCausland Ct, Cheshire, CT 06410

Duration: 06 Months on W2 basis - CONTRACT-TO-HIRE

Pay Rate - $60/hr on W2 - With No Benefits

Job Description:• 5-12 years experience with C# and .NET programming (including WPF and async programming) is required.• 5-12 years experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL.• 3-8 years of experience with web-based applications.• 2-5 years experience with industrial automation (e.g., PLCs, DCSs).• 5-12 years (not new – been around a while – some experience – bright and can grow in position. Sharp – interested in doing well and getting job done. Will have learning curve but basis to contribute while learning)• C# .NET programming with SQL – understand how machinery work (PLC, DCS, HMI or whatever – industrial machinery)• Less involved in the automation than Controls Engineer (But at least know what industrial automation is and have some experience – environment chemical / gases – this is why)• Looking for a longer runway – Someone who wants to be there longer – 10-15 years (who will grow into the position and eventually into management)• Web part about data processing – wouldn’t say day to day but about 30% … % will probably go up• Developer – Write code – regress it • Others that will be on machines doing the testing once machines built• 3-6 months CTH (can go further than 6 months but looking to convert sooner. Will evaluate at 3 months – Want them to succeed!• Will take candidates from out of stateThank you
