We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with our industry-leading client in Stamford, CT.We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. Responsibilities:
  • Apply standard End2End approach in the BMC transformation projects, to ensure BMC plan realization
  • Formulates the E2E Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
  • Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting.
  • Leads the E2E Transformation project, within the project budget and program strategy, in terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
  • Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally.
  • Reports on employees' performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees or the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training
  • One single domain project, severe changes. Involving multiple businesses.
  • Provides expert resolution of issues and monitors integration of work.
  • Ongoing responsibility for leading major projects that impact activities/operation of a business.
  • Determines the project plan.
  • Coordinate delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards.
  • Impact on efficiency and effectiveness of key E2E processes
  • Exercises judgment and influence on key process decisions within an area
  • Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation.
  • Assist technical team in design and development tasks
  • Manages project budget (> 3M) and makes capital spending recommendations

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Project management methods, relevant organization and E2E process.
  • Specific E2E process knowledge.
  • Works independently to design, implement, troubleshoot and optimize the performance of assigned sub-process
  • Effective in facilitating and motivating collaboration, agreement, and commitment among diverse groups
  • Fosters excellent cross functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Well prepared action plan for the current six months and have a clear sense of what will be achieved in the year to come.
  • Implementation of new E2E solution to cope with severe change in part of business process.
