Job Title: Test LeadLocation: Fairmont, WVEmployment Type: Full time with Sparksoft Corporation
Perform functional testing, integration testing and regression testing.Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications.Participate in user story reviews, sprint ceremonies and demo sessions.Document any defects found during the testing activities and track them until they are resolved.Create Salesforce test strategy and test approach documents.Interface with software development teams to get in depth understanding of the software architecture and design in order to drive effective test conditions for the systemDemonstrate an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC Communities and CRM applications.Participate in testing of Salesforce.com Community cloud and salesforce cloud applications.Work closely with the business analysts, product owners, developers and testers during all aspects of Salesforce Releases.Analyze test results and prepare concise technical reports on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.Prepare for and Lead Weekly Touchpoint Calls with Dev/BA contractors and client.Perform quarterly reviews of the SOP and provide team trainings as needed.Identify risks and provide mitigation plan for testing support of the Salesforce applications.Demonstrate willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies in Salesforce.Demonstrate ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time and priorities effectively.Demonstrate familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework. Required Skills:- Prior experience leading a test teams on complex projects
- Ability to analyze business and/or functional requirement documents for testing purposes
- Ability to analyze manual testing process and assess suitability for automation
- Experience with testing of Salesforce, Lightning and SQL, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail tools.
Education/Experience Level:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent experienceSalesforce Admin Certification (Preferred)
- 8-9 years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts required to successfully execute medium & large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, a major portion spent in test engineering
- Minimum 3+ years in Salesforce environment
