Application Developer

Client is seeking a highly motivated and qualified application developer. The successful candidate will join a dynamic project team developing and supporting our Transportation Management Systems. A positive attitude with a focus on results, excellent communication skills, proven analytical skills, the ability to work successfully with business partners and effective participation in a team environment are key to this position. Development responsibilities include overall application design and development primarily using Angular, Go, or C.

• Design and develop high quality software that fulfill end user requirements
• Create documentation, conduct thorough testing, and follow defined change control processes
• Provide support for a mission critical application
• Effectively communicate with end-users, co-workers, managers, and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and attention to detail during daily operations

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Object Oriented design and development
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in application development using JavaScript or Typescript
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in development using SQL and a relational database
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer support skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Angular, Go or C programming languages
• Experience with Informix
• Experience supporting mission critical applications
