Job Title : Application Systems Analyst/Programmer IV Location : Salem , Oregon 97301Duration : 6 Months Job Description Summary DescriptionReviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The purpose of this request is to procure Organizational Change Management and Communications Management Analysis, Planning, and Implementation services for ODOT Transportation Application Development Branch (Support Services Project Delivery section) to support the Time and Attendance Management System (TAMS) project. The primary tasks the contractor will perform are as follows: The Contractor shall:- Integrate the system with accounting systems (TEAMS, SFMA)
- Integrate the system with human resources and payroll systems (OSPA, Workday, LARS)
- Integrate the system with maintenance management systems (MMS)
- Integrate with new or existing systems and utilities used to support TAMS (OATS, MS Outlook, MS Office, FileNet
- Test system and integration points
- Validate system data, identifying data issues and providing resolution
- Monitor production system, including interfaces, identifying issues and providing resolution
- Support Business System Manager with user issues and questions
