Server Support / User Management Support (Can be remote - 2 positions)

NOTE: The contractor will be responsible for completing day to day User Management functions for all COVID-19 related information systems involving:

Account creation and modification in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and 3rd party applications
Account unlocks and password resets in 3rd party applications
IT access request processing and documentation management
Correspondence with Unit Security Contacts and other members of the agency regarding access requests or other related requests or issues
Processing employee terminations in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and 3rd party applications

The contractor will also be responsible for assisting in a special project to:

Audit all external (non-MSDH) user accounts
Maintain Documentation on all external (non-MSDH) user accounts

Validate and re-validate external user access at set intervals

Minimum Requirements:

Active Directory
Azure Active Directory
Experience with Customer Service or End User Support
