Job Description:- The Interoperability Lead is responsible for working collaboratively with IT and operational staff to design and develop advanced interoperability solutions using multiple development tools and programming languages to meet customer expectations.- The Interoperability Lead builds interfaces using advanced knowledge of integration and system protocols between enterprise-wide hardware platforms, operating systems and software environments and integrates them into workflow that frees end users to focus on patient care.- The Interoperability Lead uses best practices and common processes to develop integration solutions that support key strategic organizational priorities, including population health management, patient engagement, and healthcare information exchange, interpretation, and usability. Experience:• 8+ years of relevant experience attributable to using business intelligence tools• Healthcare experience• Proficient with interoperability tools and protocols.• Experience with interface engines, application interfaces and data conversions.• Experience with following tech stack: FHIR, HL7, Kubernetes for infrastructure, PostgreSQL database, Node.js, Clojure Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:• Expert working knowledge of interface design and build.• Expert working knowledge of IT standards and quality methods and metrics.• Knowledge of user business practices, concepts and terminology sufficient to support data mapping and translations.• Ability to monitor and track highly detailed and multiple complex projects, systems, and data• The ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, and maintain issues lists• Strong communication and follow-up skills• The ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the interfaces will be built• Strong organizational skills• The ability to communicate effectively with leadership and subject matter experts."Skills:- Kubernetes, Database - MS SQL Server, NodeJS, FHIR, Postgress SQLNice to have:- ClozureSuraj Singh Rawat Mehrainnovations, Inc.
