We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician for one of our customers located in Phoenix.This client is seeking an individual who enjoys teamwork, has excellent and verifiable customer service skills and has a friendly and supportive personality.Responsibilities:
- The Desktop Support Technician will work with peers in support and maintenance of desktop systems, hardware, software and peripherals.
- You will supports and maintain incident tickets keeping user's, management and the Help Desk updated on activities.
- Always placing customer service above all other causes, you will promote positive interactions in a cooperative work environment.
- Maintain desktop hardware and peripheral inventory with an attention to detail when maintaining asset records.
- Help to maintain and support all mobile operations (iOS and Android Platforms)
- Collaborates with colleagues and Network Team to support user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Provide guidance to other desktop support team members.
- Participate in after hours on-call support and weekend/holiday coverage responsibilities
- Associates degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience supporting Windows 10
- Experience with SCCM as well as experience supporting MDM
- Any hands-on experience with Cisco Anyconnect or another "always-on" VPN solution
- A+ or Network + or MCP certification.
- 3-5+ years in a large corporate multi-site environment.
- 3+ years developing and deploying unattended operating system installations for workstations/desktops/laptops with an in-depth understanding of hardware-independent imaging capabilities.
- Experience supporting Voice systems, including backend Avaya servers, switches and handsets.
- Maintenance of voice and data cabling infrastructure.
