Our client is looking for a Data Architect With Salesforce Experience in a Full-Time Project in Indianapolis, IN. Below is the detail requirement. Job Title: Data Architect with Salesforce Experience Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: Full Time (Remote) Brief Summary of Role: An IT Data Architect is expected to participate in complex, multidisciplinary projects related to the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a formal description of data and data structures using conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Develops and enforces data modelling standards and best practices, manages the enterprise data model and relevant metadata in the Salesforce environment.
• Supports the build of Data Warehouses, Data Marts and Operational Data Stores.
• Identifies the data needs, providing guidance on how to extract, transform and load data, and recommending approaches to integrate with master data and existing Salesforce data.
• Coordinates metadata associated with the relevant applications.
• Facilitates the discovery of entities, attributes, relationships, and business rules and processes from the functional experts and the user community.
• Prepares process models to document data and information flows for sourcing and accessing warehouse data.
• Performs data profiling and analysis. Develops data lineage and source to target mapping.
• Designs views and dimensional structures based on the 3NF model.
• Prepares fully refined data models in accordance with complete metadata.
• Coordinates work across other team members including onshore and offshore, providing accountability for the success of the team.
• Provides input and feedback regarding ETL processes.
• Maintains and publishes project business rules and the associated enterprise data dictionary.

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus five years of experience with Salesforce development or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity, 8+ years of experience highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience consulting for enterprise software applications with a focus on the data conversion process or similar industry experience
• Experience working in Large Data Volume (LDV) environments
• Expertise in data extraction, transformation, and data loading techniques, and demonstrated job experience with ETL software
• Experience creating and using Entity-Relationship and Data Flow diagrams to communicate complex migration and transformations to clients
• Experience with database systems (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) and query languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL, etc.)
• Experience with the complete software project lifecycle, recognizing the importance of data conversion and the time commitment involved
• Passion for data accuracy and completeness
• Can work in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment and manage priorities across multiple concurrent activities
