Role: Cisco Support Engineer - Contact centerLocation: Remote / San Francisco & Indianapolis after Covid - 2 positionsDuration: Full Time(Preferred local profiles)Job Description:• Provide Level 1 support to all the existing customers deployed across globe.This involves, identifying the incident and making necessary corrective action. • Understand the client's business needs in order to work on the incidents/changes requested. • Meet SLA's for incidents raised. • Must work in Shifts and provide on call support over the weekend. • Analytical Thinking, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. • Must have contact center knowledge and worked on implementation of complete contact center suite or a component of Contact center - For eg. ACD,CTI, Dialer, Logger, etc.• Good in SQL.
