Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics, the Senior Manager will interface with Marketing, Sales, Finance & Channel Mgmt. teams and lead analytics partnerships and provide on-going support for market and financial modelling, marketing performance analysis and sales effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a broad background in healthcare environment leading strategic analytics projects, marketing, selling and financial performance analysis, business intelligence tools and delivering thru cross-functional partnerships. Job Description This role is with the US Region Integrated Diagnostic Systems Business Unit and provides a tremendous opportunity to drive commercial effectiveness across diverse mix of new product launches and existing Instrument & Consumable categories by building data oriented insights framework leveraging partnerships with Product Marketing, Sales, Channel Mgmt., & Shared Services teams. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a measurement framework for Omnichannel Digital sales & engagement campaigns and work with cross-functional teams to integrate into the planning process. Build and establish benchmarks and goals across all key KPI's.
- Leading partnerships with product portfolio teams and driving analytical insights and revenue optimization strategies
- Enabling revenue forecast modelling of existing and new product launches incorporating market and business events using best-in-class statistical techniques
- Partner with product, sales and leadership to identify KPIs and develop visual dashboards primarily using Power BI (and Excel in some cases).
- Support data stewardship of IDS customer master data in partnership with US region MDM team
- Support customer and market data segmentation analysis and salesforce (SFDC) field deployment for targeting and funnel performance
- Support adhoc analytical project requests and base business performance reporting
- Support customer contract compliance monitoring by collaborating with Finance, contracts compliance & sales teams.
- Support data extraction and consolidation activities to enable interactive dashboard build and improve business insights.
- Proactive approach to understanding data sources, data definitions and commercial processes.
- MBA with a strong background in analytics or related business field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing analytics experience
- 7+ years of leading major marketing analytics projects and supporting product launches
- 10+ years of hands on financial and market modelling analysis /BI experience supporting commercial effectiveness
- Experience working with the Healthcare OEM companies strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in the area of performance tracking.
- Demonstrated initiative and tenacity to begin a project and complete it.
- Expertise with several leading analytics tools, such as PowerBI and Excel. Ability to learn other tools and evaluate tools for suitability of implementation.
- Skilled at manipulating numbers. Demonstrated analytics and/or data architecture skills.
- Strong graphics and visualization. Ability to convey message simply and advise on best possible graphics visualizations.
- Financial analysis and modeling capabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP/BI usage with experience building reports and dashboards a plus.
- Knowledge of various marketing and sales measurement systems.
- Ability to provide a solid plan for complex projects including stakeholder alignment planning, communication planning and process change planning.
- Collaborate with the immediate and broader functional team to help provide holistic actionable insights.
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
