- Seeking a Client Advocate Specialist
- Responsible for providing effective, real-time, resolution to all inquiries that come in from company clients
- Act as main point of contact for client inquiries
- Manage shared email folders to respond to client inquiries
- Handle incoming client calls
- Provide status updates and problem resolution at point of service
- Distribute emails that require assistance in other operational units
- Provide follow up and status updates to clients to ensure inquiry is resolved timely and to the clients' satisfaction
- Document and categorize client inquiries within the system using the appropriate tasking codes and notations to report on all inquiries
- Assist clients on all products within company
- Provide follow up status and tracking to clients until there is resolution
- Manage a task queue, track inquiries throughout resolution process to ensure turn times and SLA's are met or exceeded
- Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events
- Ability to accept supervision
- Ability to foster, develop, and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships
- Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person. Perform other duties as assigned by manager
- Industry experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday
- Must be able to work approved and requested overtime, by manager
- Repetitive and continual typing motion is required
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
