Description:EASi Project Manager (PM) has on-site responsibility for employee management and client interfacing at various locations and divisions for our clients. EASi is in need of a solution-oriented Project Manager to ensure that we deliver on our commitments of very high client and employee satisfaction levels. In addition, technical aptitude and experience allows for greater responsibility and depth. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to; client satisfaction and program delivery management with assigned clients This position will interface with EASi project teams and client project owners. The PM will also work with EASi’s Talent Acquisition, Back Office, Field Support Group and Project Coordinators to ensure program staffing and project deliverables are fulfilled and that payroll, invoicing and reporting meet EASi’s standards for 100% accuracy and timeliness. Will be seated at our Cary, NC or Chicago Design Centers. Travel required to meet with clients, employees, and internal business partners at other locations is required. Collaborate and Develop strategy for the vertical/group of customers.Additional Duties:Supports interviewing and onboarding of technical resources, facilitating training of new hires to reduce ramp-up time, short term and long-term goal setting, performance appraisals and career growth of employees.

Supports multiple projects with technical direction to projects, establishing delivery processes, KPIs, project metrics and enabling best practices in delivery.

Works with Customers in engagement metrics reporting, competency development for the reporting team structure and owns delivery customer satisfaction.

Works with Business Development counterparts for Proposal / SOW development and business case creations for customer value propositions and to lower engagement costs.

Works within the Practice organization to customize offerings for the customer, drive delivery value and competency development.

Change management and escalation of scope creeps to Practices Leadership

Provide Project Status Reports to the customers that includes performance on cost, quality, risk and time

First-level escalation point for project and employee management.

Maintain and provide project timelines and effectively communicate project status reports

Responsible for communication of risk & mitigation actions for deliverables

Provides Practice Manager regular status updates and escalates client and employee matters as required.

Supports Practice Manager with all duties and projects as assigned.

Travel as necessary

Qualifications:Software or Hardware Engineering Experience

Previous experience with common process tools like Jira, GIT, Devops, etc

Previous experience with the agile methodology

Strong process Orientation - PMP Certification

Experience CMMI or ASPICE

Preferred experience in Transportation of off highway heavy machinery
