JOB REQUIREMENTS: We have an opening for a Customer Service Associate with an established Property & Casualty insurance agency in Eau Claire. We are seeking professional candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. This role will concentrate on commercial lines customer service work with an opportunity to grow job duties and responsibilities. Duties include extensive phone/service work including quoting, processing changes, taking payments and troubleshooting customer questions.
