Team Assembler

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary Responsible for fulfilling customer requirements by completing the necessary job duties Principal Duties & Responsibilities Reads and follows the requirements listed on the pick sheet Locates and pulls required components and records all lot codes on pick sheet Assembles raw components into finished goods Stamps keys and makes adjustments on various stamping machines as necessary Cuts keys using various key cutting machines Performs functional quality inspections for in process materials Verifies finished product using the sample bag Completes the required quality inspection sheet Notifies concerns to Team Leader and or Production Manager Communicates relevant information to other members of the team Performs any necessary change over on machinery Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: None Skills/Abilities: oAbility to operate various shop and computer equipment oAbility to work independently with limited supervision oAbility to interact professionally with a wide variety of people oStrong organization and time management skills oAbility to handle multiple tasks & prioritize efficiently oCustomer focused oSelf starter oDetail oriented Working Conditions Job Conditions/Work Location: Work is performed in an office & shop environment Physical Requirements: oAbility to move about the office and shop oAbility to operate various shop and office equipment oMay be required to lift up to 50 lbs oAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of time oAbility to access any necessary product and move about to retrieve product oAbility to maintain visual & mental concentration for long periods of time to perform duties APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: IQ Resource Group 1365 North Rd., Suite B Green Bay, WI 54313 Muaj Haujlwm rau Koj Hablamos Espa ol Aqui En IQ!
