Credit Analyst

Job Description: Responsible for successful and timely payment application and deduction resolution Communicating via phone and email to collect on past due invoices Applies payments for specified group of customers Identifies, analyzes, and investigates deductions and unapplied cash Obtaining and gathering supporting documentation to enable identification and resolution of deductions Ensure documents are readily available for appropriate parties to audit Develop process improvements, including recommendations for systems, policy and procedure enhancements Analyze and resolve root cause of customer related issues and ensure customer satisfactionRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field

Must be Proficient in Excel

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot

Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and managers
