Insurance license for Life and Health Producer in the state of FL required.Fundamental Components:Develops a mutually rewarding working relationship with our client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.

Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution.

Identifies customer specific service issues, identifies solutions and leads resolution of issues working with other areas to implement

Responds to customer requests for claim analysis, plan design changes, and benefit questions and clarifications

Focus on growth/renewal objectives; assists in preparation and delivery of renewal packages

Offers creative product and service solutions to address client's evolving needs.

Monitors on an on-going basis client's product lines and services to ensure client's needs are being met.

Performs customer analytics and reports needs for clients and brokers.

Strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products we provide.

Heavily review client key performance metrics and identify opportunities for plan design changes and efficiencies.

Supports all plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas

Manages open enrollment activities Promotes Navigator usage and implements strategies to increase usage for products

Notifies customers of Aetna policy changes, determining impact to customer and providing consultative support

Background Experience:2-5 years industry or customer/client experience.

Multi-functional experience, e.g., underwriting (preferred)

Insurance license, as required by state law.

College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Insurance license for Life and Health Producer in the state of FL required within 90 days of hire.

Proficient in all Microsoft products with heavy emphasis on Excel and Access.
