Construction of Flood Damaged properties/ Skill Tradesman (Lemon Grove)

Compensation: $18.00/ Hour - $25.00/ Hour (depending on experience)

Job description:

Looking for construction worker/laborer who is skilled in the following areas:

- Drywall

- Mud, Tapping, and texturing

- Painting

- Flooring (tile,wood, laminate)

- Cabinets installation

- Stone

- Electrical

- Plumbing

Cleanliness, communication, and quality of work ARE PRIORITY.

Practices safe and secure working environment and material handling methods.

Complete task in an efficient and cordially manner.

Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs, bend and reach in confined spaces, stand, push and pull equipment, and etc.

Education/basic requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education.

Residential construction knowledge

Own Adequate and reliable transportation/ dependable transportation

Valid Driver's License w/ DMV printout

Must have own tools

Willingness to learn and able to follow instructions

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday,7am - 3:30pm and some weekends
