Project Manager (automotive)

Preparation of project planning, resources and cost with detailed R&D activities to meet customer milestones Driving the R&D team to meet project deliverables (documentation and prototypes) until project launch Maintain daily open issue list to track development. Follow- up with project contributors to ensure timely deliveries of all activities Management of R&D sub-suppliers (technical aspect, cost and timing) Customer interface for system development and all R&D topics Manage IP clearance Ensure that the product or system meets all customer requirements for functionality and performance by working with the team to create product compliance matrix Manage customer requirement changes (feasibility, risk, cost and timing). Lead and participate at RAISE and R&D design reviews, providing risk status and issues Manage product failures during development phase (DV or customer report) by ensuring VIMS, PDCAs and following up on corrective actions are performed Provide support to the project team to ensure DFMEA and PFMEA are created and updated throughout the project phases Provide support on new RFQs (Request For Quote) as required Support Product Marketing and Business Development activities as requiredRequired Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an Engineering / Project Management role 3 years Automotive industry experience, preferably with Autonomous Drive or InfotainmentProven ability to deliver technical projects on time and within budget Good team player with proven leadership ability
