Role: System Software Engineer Location: Palo Alto, CA - Contract Duration: Long Term Job Details: This System Software Engineer role will be in the Manufacturing Test team. You will be developing and maintaining Software for automation and data systems to manufacture the next generation of autonomous devices. You'll work with internal teams, vendors and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality test Software and develop creative solutions to improve our manufacturing Software infrastructure. Responsibilities Develop, support and deploy test automation Software and tools for our aircraft vehicles to manufacturing sites Collect and analyze manufacturing data to debug hardware and Software issues related to aircraft components/technologies and embedded Linux systems Support aircraft activation and test processes at operation sites Work cross functionally with internal teams, vendors and contract manufacturer to drive projects, resolve issues and improve design/processes Build data analysis tools and infrastructure Minimum Qualifications Proficient in Python or C with understanding of data structures and OOP Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment Experience working and debugging hardware / Software embedded systems Knowledge of test methodologies, creating test plans, test cases and QA processes BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related education Preferred Qualifications Knowledge in the one or more of following technologies: GPS, Wi, Cellular, Depth Sensing, Camera Systems, Linux Systems Experience working with hardware interfaces such as USB, UART, SSH, SCPI, or CAN Experience with automation and testing Experience working with contract manufacturers and vendors Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team Minimum years of experience: 4+ Madhur Chaurasia ] Phone:x 2277 Direct No:315-683-0760 SYSMIND LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
