Job Description: Technology Operations is centered around three core functions Business Relationship Management,
Global Program Management and Performance & Operations to support the technology organization. This position is part of the Global Program Management team which manages the execution of Technology programs, including scope, delivery schedules and budgets in addition to identifying dependencies, managing risks and quantifying business impact. This role collaborates directly with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Developers, Data Engineers and DevOps Engineers to plan, scope, and deliver work based on the Data Platforms strategic product roadmap.

Within the Technology Operations Global Program Management organization, the Project Manager is responsible for working with the Agile teams developing our data platform technology to deliver small through large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closure. This role requires a wide range of competencies: a strong foundation in Agile methodologies; effective person-to-person negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills that build mutual respect and support moral; attention to detail; and strong time management. The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects using internal business processes, tools and methodologies, which includes Agile artifacts and reporting, as well as insuring that data supporting time and financial reporting is collected; risks are communicated; and communications are clear, relevant and timely.Required Skills: JIRA; CONFLUENCE; ID AUTHENTICATION; CSM; CSP; SCRUM MASTER.
